Reflex Woking work with young people at risk of offending and reoffending.

Our Outreach team deliver detached youth work to engage young people though informal education. We also work within the local community to provide mentoring and accredited education.

We are currently running two community based projects in Maybury and Barnsbury offering a drop in service for NEET young people aged 14- 21 years. Young people are then supported and signposted into education, training and supported accommodation.

Over the coming year we will begin delivering Reflex Outreach, non formal Education and Mentoring in custody, beginning with HMYOI Feltham. We will be running Urban Skillz and myLife accredited courses and supporting the chaplaincy with UNCUT groups.

Reflex Woking were recently nominated for a CJustice Award for our transformational work with young offenders and ex-offenders.
